Getting help

Write to EduPeak at hello@edupeak.org. EduPeak’s page for institutes says: “Write to us at hello@edupeak.org. A person answers.”, and its Contact page adds, “We aim to reply within two business days.”

To help EduPeak help you quickly, include:

• your institute’s name and organisation code (shown under the name in the console),
• the batch name, and the student’s or teacher’s name and email if it is about a person,
• what you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead — a screenshot helps.

Things only EduPeak can do today, so write to them: remove a student from a batch, remove a teacher or admin from your institute, rename or remove a location, change your institute’s shape (for example from a coaching class to a multi-location institute), and un-freeze a frozen institute.
