Who we are

EduPeak is an online education platform based in Mumbai, India. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean EduPeak. References to "you" mean the user of our services.

Your account

You’re responsible for the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials safe. You’re also responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract under the law of your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Use EduPeak only for its intended purpose: studying and preparing for examinations. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, attempt to access other users’ accounts, share copyrighted material from EduPeak with others outside the service, or use EduPeak in ways that break the law.

Pricing and changes to access

EduPeak services are provided without charge to users at this time. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of access, including the introduction of fees for some or all services, with at least 30 days’ prior notice to users.

Intellectual property

EduPeak owns the content and software that make up our services, including question banks, mock papers, designs, and trademarks. You’re granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the services for your own preparation. Don’t reproduce, distribute, or build derivative works from EduPeak content without our written permission.

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it.

Disclaimers

EduPeak provides preparation tools to support your studies. We don’t guarantee particular results in any examination. Examination results depend on many factors outside our control — use our tools as part of your preparation, not as a substitute for it.

The services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPeak’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you have paid for the services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, where no payment has been made, INR 1,000.

Termination

You can stop using the services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access to users who breach these terms, and we may discontinue the services on reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law.
