Getting help
Questions about what you are seeing are best asked of your student — they can walk you through a report. For anything else (an invitation that will not work, an account question, feedback), write to EduPeak:
- Email: hello@edupeak.org — EduPeak aims to reply within two business days. Mention the email you use for EduPeak (and, for an invitation, the student’s name). Never send your password — EduPeak will never ask for it.
- Website: www.edupeak.org — answers to common questions and a Contact page, in six languages.
