Short answers to common questions.
Do I have to pay to be a Well-wisher?
No. Creating an account and following your student is free. You never take a test yourself.
My child says they invited me, but I have no email.
Look in your Spam or Promotions folder. If it is not there, ask your child to open Share your journey: next to your email under Invite waiting they can press Copy invite (then Copy or Share on WhatsApp) to send you the link themselves, or Resend to send the email again.
The link says it isn’t for this account.
The invitation is locked to one email address. Sign out and sign in with that email, or ask your child to invite the email you use.
Can I use my phone number instead of an email?
No. Every invitation is locked to an email address. Once your account exists, you can sign in with that email or with your User ID.
I have two children on EduPeak. Do I need two accounts?
No. One account can follow all your children — up to five at once. Each child invites the same email, or you invite each of them.
Can both parents follow the same child?
Yes. Each parent needs their own account and their own invitation. A student can have up to 10 Well-wishers.
Can I start a test for my child, or change an answer?
No. Everything you see is read-only. Tests and decisions stay with your student.
Why does the report say “your answer” when I did not take the test?
Reports are written to the student. As a Well-wisher, read every “you” and “your” as your student’s.
Can I see how my child ranks against others?
No. EduPeak does not rank or compare children. Each report compares your child only with their own earlier attempts.
Why does a chapter say NOT READY YET?
EduPeak does not yet have enough questions in that chapter to offer a test. It is not a comment on your child.
Why do some chapters say “too few to judge” in a report?
In a full paper many chapters have only one or two questions. The report colours a chapter only when it had 3 or more.
The PDF has no questions or solutions. Is something missing?
No. The PDF carries scores and charts only. Questions and worked solutions stay in the EduPeak app.
My child’s card has gone from My Students.
Your child has stopped sharing with you. Only the student can do this. You can talk to them, and they can invite you again whenever they like.
How do I stop following a student?
Ask your student to press Remove next to your name in their Share your journey window, or write to hello@edupeak.org.
