Getting help
Who to ask, and how to reach EduPeak.
For anything about your institute — which batches you run, a student who needs to leave, a batch at the wrong centre, a colleague’s invitation — start with your institute admin.
For anything else, write to EduPeak at hello@edupeak.org. EduPeak says: “A person answers”, and aims to reply within two business days.
To help EduPeak help you quickly, include:
- your name, your institute’s name, and the batch name;
- the student’s name and email, if it is about a student;
- what you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead — a screenshot helps.
