Read this oneOne area to be clear about: the p-Block. NCERT deleted it in 2023 so most Indian boards no longer teach it, but NTA still examines it - as trends only, across groups 13 to 18, without the compound chemistry. So it is worth covering, and it is a smaller job than the old syllabus made it look. States of Matter used to sit beside it here; NTA's 2026 syllabus does not examine it at all, so we have removed it rather than leave you revising something that is not asked.
